Amazing customer service

So I purchased a different style ring that I loved, however the band was pretty thin and it broke while I was working. The store is shut down due to covid so I reached out via email. Josephine was so gracious and asked if I could send it back and they would send me a replacement. Fast forward, it took me a while to send it back (working during covid) and I finally told her it was in the mail and to surprise me with a new ring, whatever she liked best. She sent out the replacement ring quickly and I just got the package tonight... she chose a beautiful substitute! It’s really sturdy and unique, not your usual gold band. I work in customer service and I really appreciate her effort to make me happy, even if it’s only a ring. I will be buying some more pieces soon! Support them, you will not regret it :)

Cool rights but disappointment w: packaging

I like the rights but the packing sucks I was hoping it was on a box so I can have a container for it. I was worried it if I’m not home it might blew by the wind. I bought 2 rings and was just inside a mini ziplock. I hope they change the packaging.
