Today, the brand has a national presence and Dallas-based studio with their first brick-and-mortar located in the Bishop Arts District. COVID-19 Impact

Mod + Jo is committed to the well-being of candidates, employees and our community. Our available position are based in-person in our Dallas store. We are closely following the CDC guidelines and recommendations to create a safe and healthy work environment. Vaccination is recommended. All non-vaccinated candidates and employees are required to wear a mask at all times to protect all of our entire team members, especially those who are high-risk.

AVAILABLE POSITIONS

Full-time Retail Associate / Welder

Our Sales Associates + Welders work both as Sales Associates assisting customers and also welding our mAud bracelets and anklets on customers in our stores. We will train you on welding but you must be someone who demonstrates dexterity, excellent eye-hand coordination and has a sharp eye and pays attention to detail.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and upbeat and sunny disposition.
  • Assist customers through product selection, styling, and check-out.
  • Weld mAud permanent jewelry for clients with exceptional attention to detail.*
  • Educate customers about our products, materials, and services.*
  • Drive sales through engaging customers, recommendation selling based on customer's style preferences, and sharing product knowledge.*
  • Greet customers in a welcoming and upbeat manner.
  • Assist and guide customers with any questions or concerns through trained and educated responses.*
  • Provides outstanding customer service at all times.
  • Manage floor inventory with replenishing retail floor stock and merchandising products within displays.
  • Keep clientele informed of preferred sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
  • Work closely with other members of the team to ensure a cohesive product line is maintained.
  • Interface professionally and work effectively with all team members settings.
  • Handle other responsibilities or projects, as assigned.

Ideal Team Member Attributes:

  • 1 year of retail experience required
  • Jewelry industry experience preferred but not required
  • Outgoing and personable
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Ability to multitask and remain collected under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and organizational skills
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for fashion
  • A natural helper and willing to go the extra mile
  • Strong verbal communication skills

 

+ Hourly pay based on experience + non-competitive commission ($1,700 - $3,500 annually)
+ 30 hr or more a week
+ Weekends required
+ Flexible scheduling
