ABOUT THE BRAND

Since Mod + Jo's launch in 2016 with a small collection of handcrafted jewelry, we have always stood for approachable accessories that leaves a woman feeling confident and empowered. Today, the brand has a national presence and Dallas-based studio with their first brick-and-mortar located in the Bishop Arts District. Cultivating confidence through femininity, thoughtful details and a modern, sophisticated energy — Mod + Jo’s founding principles define a unique style synonymous with joy. Under the vision of founder Jordan Flynn, the brand continues to celebrate confident women with a bold spirit.

We seek to provide the types of jobs where people can feel comfortable, relaxed and be themselves. Where we can work hard, go home, and not have to take the burden on work home with us — we've nested in a welcoming and inspiring space in the Bishop Arts District of Dallas and have set out to provide important full-time benefits, breathing room for personal and professional growth, and where there is a culture of kindness and inclusivity.
