We try to keep our classic styles in stock year round. For our more seasonal items, we cannot guarantee they will be restocked.

Visit the product page of any sold-out item. You will see a button that says “NOTIFY ME WHEN BACK IN STOCK.” If we do restock the item you have your eye on, you’ll be the very first to know.

Available gift card amounts are preset. At this time we are unable to generate custom amounts. Once purchased, e-gift cards have unique gift codes that are sent via email. If your recipient does not use the whole amount all at once, it will remain on the card balance until their next order. Gift cards never expire.

Please note only USD gift cards may be used on our US webshop or in our US stores. Any gift card purchased or issued in an international currency may only be used online at

All orders placed before 10am M, W-F will be shipped on the same day.

If your order is placed after 10am, your order will ship the next business day.

Standard shipping through the United States Postal Service (USPS) takes between 5 to 7 business days.

We offer other domestic shipping options through UPS such as UPS Ground. UPS 2-Day, and UPS Overnight.

Please note the shipping cut-off is 10am of each business day (M-F).If your order is placed after this window, your order will ship out the next business day.

Depending on product availability, some items are available via pre-order or backorder and ship separately from the rest of your order that is in stock.

Yes, we can ship to PO Boxes through USPS shipping methods only. We ask that you please ensure you only select these shipping options during checkout to ensure you to not experience a delay in delivery.

Warranty & Repair

All our Mod + Jo pieces are subject to quality control.

Mod + Jo's warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

The Mod + Jo guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 weeks of noticing any defects.

It does not cover water damage, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

If your item was purchased through one of our wholesale partners, you are still eligible for this warranty as long as you have proof of purchase of the partnership you purchased your pieces from with their business name and date stamp.

Please contact us for us to review any issues you may have and we'll work to ensure you're taken care of with either a repair or replacement.

We are always happy to help get your favorite pieces back to their former glory. Please contact us and we'll review your case and provide you with your available options. Repairs outside our warranty window may incur a repair fee.

Returns & Refunds

We offer returns with a $5 return shipping label that can be emailed to you during your inquiry.

We also offer free exchanges for full-price purchases and are happy to help you find your perfect piece.

If something is not quite right, returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns and exchanges only apply to unworn and unused merchandise returned to us within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.

In the case when the product and packaging are unused, unworn and undamaged, you are eligible for a full refund of the orignal price of the item paid, less original shipping.

In the case when a product has been damaged, and the damage is not covered by your warranty, you are not eligiblefor a refund.

Please check our Terms of Service to see if you're eligible for a refund.

The easiest way to request a return is to start by logging into your account or by creating a new account, with the email you used at checkout.

From there, select the item and order you would like to return or exchange and request a return.

Our team will accept your request and send you a return label if the order/item is applicable.

Exchanges are processed immediately, as long as we have your desired size and color in stock.

Otherwise, our skilled team can help you find another item you may love.

Returns may take up 2-3 weeks to process.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

Please contact our Support Team. If you purchased multiple items and only wish to return one, you may keep your gift.

If you only purchased one item and need to make a return, we kindly ask that you also return your gift with purchase.

If you would like to keep your gift, or if your gift has already been worn or used, a fee, depending on the cost of the item, will be deducted from your refund.
